Ingredients

  • 25gcake flour
  • 15gcastor sugar
  • 7gcocoa powder
  • 1/2tspbaking powder
  • 60mlmilk
  • 15mlsunflower oil
  • 1handfulchocolate chipsoptional

Method

  1. In a large microwave-safe mug, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder.

  2. Add the milk and oil and mix until smooth.

  3. Stir in the chocolate chips, if using.

  4. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, until risen and just set.
